Requirements

> 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance required prior to move in
> 3 month lease minimum but 12 month is preferred
> to be selected you must demonstrate you can meet our criteria to provide 100 points of ID, and demonstrate you can afford to pay the rent and have at least 1 year rental history (or have a guarantor who does), provide work and rental references, and return a clear credit and rental background check.
